FOUNDERS

Building this company from the ground up with limited resources and a pursuit of success, Jeremy and Erica set out to change the industry and the world around them. Over their 10+ years in business, they've faced many challenges and setbacks, each providing them with valuable lessons. It's from those lessons and their commitment to exceeding expectations that they've developed the systems and processes that continue to drive the business operations today. 

While currently serving the state of Florida, their plan for Royal is to expand services state by state to become the preferred window and door vendor for production builders and general contractors throughout the nation. Holding a Certified Builders License in the state of Florida, they understand how each phase of the construction works together to create the final product.

As a couple, their ambition knows no bounds and they find joy in helping their team members achieve their own personal, professional, and financial goals.
